Pierre Ponnelle is above all passionate about wine. In 1875, Peter founded his own Ponnelle merchants. Pierre Ponnelle is considered a pioneer of wine and a large contractor for the development of Burgundy wines. He founded his wine laboratory by leveraging its knowledge to develop the methods of winemaking in Burgundy. Tasting

From cherry ruby to dark garnet, the bouquet is composed with red and black fruits, licorice, lilac, rose petal, moving towards the cooked fruits.
On the palate, the tannins respect the fruity structure.
